Retainer Terms & Conditions
Retainer Commitment
This retainer agreement requires a minimum 3-month commitment from the client. Services begin upon receipt of the first retainer payment. Early termination before the 3-month term is not permitted, and the full retainer amount will still be due.
Billing & Payment
Retainer fees are billed monthly in advance. Payment is required by the agreed date each month. If payment is not received, services will be paused until the balance is paid in full.
Scope of Work
The retainer covers the number of design services and deliverables outlined in your selected package. Additional requests beyond the agreed scope may be billed separately or added to the next month’s retainer cycle.
No Refunds or Rollovers
Retainer payments are non-refundable, regardless of usage. Any unused services within a billing period do not roll over to the following month.
Termination
After the 3-month commitment, you may cancel with written notice 14 days prior to the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for early termination or partial months of service.
File Ownership
Final files will be delivered once all payments are received and the account is in good standing. Source files (e.g. PSD, AI) are not included unless otherwise specified in the agreement
